The below menu is for the 3-Day, 3-Night Summer Jo experience!


DAY 1

On Arrival: A platter of in season tropical fresh fruit.

Dinner: A delicious homemade Tikka Masala with crispy onion bhaji and savoury samosas.

Dessert: Berry and apple crumble served with custard or cream.


DAY 2

Breakfast: Freshly baked bread, a selection of cereals, yoghurt, fresh seasonal fruit, and an assortment of milk and condiments.

Morning Tea: Soft muffins.

Lunch: Build-your-own wraps with a selection of fillings including cold meats, falafel, crisp lettuce, fresh salads, and pesto pasta.

Afternoon Tea: Antipasto platter with freshly made hummus, veggie sticks and crackers. 

Dinner: Chef's special chilli con carne served with steamed rice, tortilla chips and steamed rice.

Dessert: Summer Jo's signature chocolate brownie served with ice cream.


DAY 3

Breakfast:  Freshly baked bread, a selection of cereals, yoghurt, fresh seasonal fruit, and an assortment of milk and condiments.

Morning tea: Summer Jo's famous banana bread.  

Lunch: Creamy bacon and spinach pasta with fresh salads and garlic bread.  

Afternoon Tea: A gourmet antipasto platter with cured meats, cheeses and crackers.

Dinner: Classic Aussie BBQ with a selection of meats and fresh salads.

Dessert: Sticky date pudding. 


DAY 4

Breakfast:  Freshly baked bread, a selection of cereals, yoghurt, fresh seasonal fruit, and an assortment of milk and condiments.

Morning Tea: A fresh selection of seasonal fruit. 



Tea, coffee and hot chocolate will be available the entire length of the trip, in the lower saloon.
