What are the departure and return times?
Departs: Wednesday & Saturday
Returns: Saturday & Tuesday
For Wednesday departures, Summer Jo will depart at 12pm* and return Saturday 12pm*
For Saturday departures, Summer Jo will depart at 4pm* and return Tuesdays 4pm*

What do I need to bring?
Overnight bag, swimmers, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, beach towel, toiletries, comfortable walking shoes, camera, drinks/money for drinks (water and soft drinks available onboard), you can also bring your own reusable water bottle, snacks, water and alcohol.
What's included?
All meals (see menu), snorkelling and scuba equipment, linen, bath towel, skipper and crew, Marine Park fees
What's extra?
Scuba diving, $15pp per night for special dietary requirements, holiday surcharges may apply.
What's dive courses are offered?
There are two scuba diving courses offered on Summer Jo; Refresher and Advanced. The Refresher course costs $160 and is for those who are certified but haven't been diving in a while and would like to freshen up their skills. The Advanced course is $699 and is designed to expand existing diving skills.
What is the minimum age that can travel on Summer Jo?
Summer Jo's 2D2N trip has a minimum age of 18 years. The 3D3N trip minimum age is 12.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Yes, you are allowed to BYO alcohol on board. However, no glass bottles or red wine is permitted on board.
How many scuba dives can I do?
Guests can do a maximum of 10 dives on Summer Jo.
Can I dive at night?
Yes, Summer Jo offers night diving!
Is snorkelling and diving equipment included?
Yes, snorkelling and diving gear will be provided on board for you to use.
Do you cater for vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc diets?
Yes we do. If you have any allergies, special dietary needs or preferences, please let us know at the time of booking. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements at the time of booking, as there will be an additional fee of $15pp per night.
How much are scuba dives?
Certified:
1st Dive: $109
2nd Dive: $99
3rd Dive: $89
Additional dives after that: $75
Non-Certified:
1st Dive: $160 (includes 40 min Skill Session)
Every additional dive after that: $120
Is there air conditioning onboard?
Yes, there is air conditioning in all the cabins on board Summer Jo, making for a more comfortable trip, especially during the warmer months!
